in rememberance of the life of Mr. Bob Crouse (gramps) .
dear gramps,
i will always remember you and the crazy stories you woud tell ( most of the time i was not sure if they were even true ) but you made us all laugh. were you really the body guard for The Beatles? you truly had a sense of humor. i love you very much grandpa. thank you for always hugging me tight, making sure i let you know if anyone hurt me, taking brandon & i out for cheese burgers, standing on the 3rd base line to cheer me on, telling me that i should run for president, and just doing the best you could. there was never a dull moment with you. i admire your love for photography and film. you have inspired me to want to capture moments in time and appreciate film. there are still so many questions i have for you about your life that i wanted to know, but thank you for sharing the ones that you did. we all have our stories to tell. i know i could always find you playing a game of golf or patroling the neighborhood to make sure everything was in line ( that must of been the ex police office in you ). thank you for always checking up on me when i moved to san diego to finish school. i finally finished! i know how much you loved the warm sunshine of san diego and the waves of Coronado Island ( i must of got that from you ) because you would constantly tell me over and over how you missed those things. the sun is shinning and the waves are still crashing gramps. i honor your life lived and prescene in my life, and i thank you for bringing my mother and uncle mike into this world. i love you gramps and always will.
